This FREE program maps out 12 weeks of training (see PDF).
For the 2022 events, the 12 weeks begins the week of Sunday January 9!
*Please note that the program can be adjusted as needed. It is advised you be able to walk, jog, run (in any combination) 3 miles consecutive prior to beginning the training program.
During the 12 weeks of training there are weekly support sessions, open to the public, with certified trainers and industry leaders. These sessions are designed to lead up to participation in Craft Half but are FREE to attend regardless of race registration, fitness level or goals. 6PM Foot Soldier Run Club, 3800 Kimwell Drive Winston-Salem, every Wednesday night.
